Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, incorrect information, or inability to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, any amount due to you will be refunded using the applicable refund method.

Prices displayed on our store are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Customers may use the payment methods made available during checkout. Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, and other electronic payment methods when activated.
Customers selecting bank transfer must follow the payment instructions provided with their order. An order may remain pending until payment has been verified.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier operations, public holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping options available at checkout. Any free-shipping promotion is subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return and refund requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a return or refund.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to customers under applicable UAE law.
6. CASH ON DELIVERY AND BANK TRANSFER
Where cash on delivery is available, payment must be made according to the instructions provided with the order.
Where bank transfer is selected, customers are responsible for transferring the correct order amount using the payment information provided by Al Fahad Store. We may request proof of payment before confirming or processing an order.
