We accept return and refund requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned incomplete may not be eligible for return or refund.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the item.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable refund method.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
