Shipping Area
Al Fahad Store currently delivers orders within the United Arab Emirates only.
Shipping Rates
Standard delivery within the UAE costs AED 25 for orders below AED 200.
Free delivery is available on orders of AED 200 or more.
Shipping charges and any applicable discounts will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after they have been received and confirmed. Orders placed using bank transfer may be processed after payment has been verified.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders within approximately 2–5 business days within the UAE.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available when shown as an option during checkout. The customer must pay the required order amount upon delivery.
Bank Transfer
Customers who select bank transfer must follow the payment instructions provided with their order. Processing or shipment may begin after the payment has been confirmed.
